For size changes, we use a return-and-new-order process to help you secure the right size as quickly as possible, without waiting for the original return to be completed.
You may place a new order for your preferred size right away, subject to availability. Once the original item is returned, inspected, and approved under our return policy, we will refund the original order separately.
Returned items must be clean, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. They may only have been briefly tried on indoors to check the size and fit.
Items that have been worn outdoors, during walks, for sleeping, for extended lounging, or for everyday use are not eligible for return.
