Lucy Labwear is designed with Labradors in mind, especially broad-chested, big-bodied dogs. Other breeds may fit too, but measurements matter most.

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Measure your dog’s chest, neck, and back length, and choose the size that gives enough room through the chest and back length. Weight can be helpful, but measurements are the most important.

No. Lucy Labwear products are not medical products or treatments. They are everyday pet apparel designed for comfort, coverage, and daily wear.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation before shipment. Estimated delivery is typically 10–15 business days after shipment, although delivery times may vary by destination.

Orders usually ship after the 3–5 business day preparation period. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email.

To help you get the right size as quickly as possible, we use a return-and-new-order process for size changes. Please contact us within 30 days after delivery and before sending anything back. You may place a new order for your preferred size right away, subject to availability, without waiting for the original return to be completed. Once the original item is returned, inspected, and approved under our return policy, we will refund the original order separately.

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days after delivery. The 30-day return window is for requesting a return and is not a wear or use trial. Returned items must be clean, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. They may only have been briefly tried on indoors to check the size and fit. Items that show signs of wear beyond a brief indoor try-on are not eligible for return. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Yes. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide the correct return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please review the care instructions on the relevant product page or garment label. Unless otherwise stated, we recommend washing gently in cold water and air drying when possible to help maintain the fabric and shape. Avoid bleach and high heat.
