Shipping Area
We currently ship to the countries available at checkout. Shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship to that destination at this time.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the countries we currently ship to.
Order Preparation Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation before shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During busy periods, order preparation may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Free shipping refers to shipping fees only. Depending on your delivery destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other local charges.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless they are clearly collected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after it is first provided.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lucylabwear.com. If your order has already been prepared or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lucy Labwear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package appears delayed, lost, or returned to sender, please contact us at support@lucylabwear.com and we will do our best to help you with the next step.
